There shall be a Board of Governors for the Center to administer and manage the affairs of the Center. The Board of Governor shall consist of

| 3 | Secretary to Government, Higher Education, Archives and Libraries Department | Member |
| 4 | Secretary to Government, Home and Tribal Affairs Department | Member |
| 5 | Secretary to Government, Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights Department | Member |
| 5 | Vice Chancellor of a Public Sector University of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Nominated by the HED) | Member |
| 6 | A Representative of Counter Terrorism Department of Government (Not Below the Rank of BPS-19) | Member |
| 7 | Chief Coordination Officer | Member -cum-Secretary |
