As the Chief Coordination Officer of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Centre of Excellence on Countering Violent Extremism (KPCVE), I am honored to be part of an institution that plays a pivotal role in promoting peace, resilience, and security in our province. The KPCVE is dedicated to addressing the multifaceted challenges of violent extremism and terrorism through innovative approaches and collaborative efforts. By fostering partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, religious scholars, media professionals, and international stakeholders, the Centre has created a united platform for combating radicalization and building a safer society. Central to our mission is the development of strategies and programs that reflect the unique needs and context of our province. From organizing impactful training sessions and workshops to advancing data-driven protocols for preventing and responding to extremist activities, the KPCVE has consistently worked to enhance institutional and community capacities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. I take immense pride in the dedication and expertise of the KPCVE team, whose tireless efforts have significantly contributed to reducing the threat of violent extremism.
